Booking & cancellation policy
A deposit of 50% of the total booking reserves the requested accommodation
Cancellation within 21 – 28 days of arrival, forfeit 25% of deposit
Cancellation within 14 – 21 days of arrival, forfeit 50% of deposit
Cancellation within 0 – 14 days of arrival – no refund of deposit
Total balance of booking amount due on arrival
Strictly no refunds for early departure, not even act of God

These bookings are treated on a month to month basis, no refunds granted for early departure within the calendar month, an admin charge will apply to all refunds, the amount of which will depend on circumstances involved in re-booking the accommodation concerned
